SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently only ship orders to destinations within the continental U.S. Our shipping options of Standard (3-5 business days) and Expedited (1-2 business days) are available on all items during checkout.
Once an order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our facility. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
If your order has been marked as delivered, but cannot be located, please contact our Customer Service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
J. BUTLER GOLF will provide a free return label for requested returns. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
To assure merchandise and processing orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process your return for the item(s). J. BUTLER GOLF will do our best to prioritize your order for immediate shipment.
*All sales promotion and discounted orders are considered FINAL sales. Customers may exchange for the same item in a different size. Any shipping charges for the exchange and return of the original order will be the customer's responsibility for such exchanges unless explicitly exempted by JBG management in special/extenuating circumstances.*

Orders may be cancelled within the same business day as the initial transaction. Any requested cancellations after this period are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee of the original purchase price.
